Q: Do I have to supply my own vehicle and equipment?
A: Intek supplies all vehicles, equipment, laptops and cell phones for the technicians.
Q: Do I need to have a clean driving record in order to be employed with Intek?
A: Yes, a clean driver's abstract is required.

Q: Does Intek have a dress code?
A: Intek is committed to ensuring a professional image by requiring that its employees consistently present themselves in a professional manner. In order to do this, employees must ensure that both their actions and attire reflect this image. Therefore, no blue jeans, shorts, track/lounge pants, or t-shirts/sweat shirts with any kind of logo or advertisement other than Intek/Rogers is permitted. Long pants must be worn at all times with a golf shirt, t-shirt or sweater.
Q: What are the hours of work for the technicians?
A: There are two rotating shifts, four days on and two days off
Shift 1 - 8am to 6:30pm
Shift 2 - 9:30am to 8:00pm.
Q: Does Intek provide training?
A: Yes, Intek provides 8 weeks of training (on the road, safety & online) as well as Cable College.
Q: Does Intek have benefits?
A: You will be added to Intek’s benefits policy (Health and Dental) after six months of employment.
